This is your rib cage and your pelvis. Your torso as a whole unit. We’re focused on their position and their working relationship. A strong Core position creates stability for the body. The position of your core effects the movement of your limbs.
The Competency
Having the ability to move your body efficiently and maintain a good posture / position throughout duration of the exercise.
We test and train your movement Competency using body
weight techniques and strength training exercises.
The Capacity
This is your ability handle the work load placed upon you. Conditioning routines in the gym build your Capacity to do the work. Thus creating a more resilient body allowing you to do more of the activities outside the gym that you enjoy!
