Core
This is your rib cage and your pelvis. It’s the torso and hips as one whole unit. We’re focused on their independent positions as well as their functional movement relationship. A strong Core position creates stability for the body. The position of your core effects the movement of your arms & legs.
Competency
This is having the ability to move your body efficiently throughout the duration of an exercise / or movement while maintaining proper position and posture. We test and train your movement Competency by using body weight techniques and strength training exercises.
Capacity
Simply put, the ability to do the work. Being able to handle the amount of resistance placed against you. Conditioning routines in the gym build your Capacity to do and handle more work. Thus creating a resilient body allowing you to do more of the activities outside the gym that you love & enjoy!
